I’ve spent more than 20 years working in HR across various industries, supporting people through career decisions, growth, leadership and change.
But my coaching perspective comes from more than work.
I’m a mom of two young men, a first-generation immigrant, and someone who has experienced the kind of life changes that make you stop and rethink what really matters, including losing my husband earlier than I ever expected.
That experience changed how I listen, how I show up, and how I support people navigating uncertainty and transition.
I’ve also found love again. That journey reinforced something I’ve come to believe deeply: life rarely follows the plan, growth isn't linear, and a new chapter can look very different from the one you imagined.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish has also shaped how I see the world. I understand that career and life decisions don't always happen in isolation. Culture, family, expectations and the question of where you belong can all be part of the conversation.
I’m a PCC Level 2 Certified Professional Coach through the International Coaching Academy (ICA), and I bring professional coaching training, real-world HR experience and my own life perspective to every coaching conversation.
I’m not here to tell you what to do or pretend I have all the answers.
I'm here to listen, ask meaningful questions, challenge your thinking when it’s useful, and create space for you to explore what matters to you.
You remain the expert in your own life.
My role is to help you see what's really happening, examine what's influencing your choices, recognize what you can control, and explore what you already have to work with.
No assumptions. No one-size-fits-all answers. No fluff. Just honest coaching for real life.
